Investment Criteria
Size
We look for companies with $3–20 million in revenue and $750K–$3M in EBITDA/SDE. For the right opportunity, we will consider larger businesses with a combination of seller participation and additional equity support.
Industries
Our interest spans businesses with durable demand in:
B2B or B2C services
Light manufacturing
Value-added distribution
Geography
Our strong preference is for the Metro Atlanta area, where we are based and can be highly engaged in operations. We are also open to opportunities across the broader Southeast U.S. if there is strong alignment.
Ownership Profile
We work best with founder- or family-owned businesses where the owner is seeking a thoughtful, long-term successor. We value a legacy-preservation mindset and understand the importance of caring for your people, customers, and community. Existing managers are welcome to remain on board, but this is not a requirement.
Financing Approach
We bring $500K–$1M of committed equity capital, combined with SBA financing as the primary debt solution. We also welcome seller participation to create alignment and ensure a smooth, timely closing.
We focus on durable, recurring businesses where customers rely on your services every day. In addition to services, light manufacturing, and value-added distribution, we will selectively consider adjacent industries such as facilities services, industrial services, and niche business service providers that fit our long-term, operator-led approach.
